Document ID: LCR-POL-IP-v1.1 - Effective Date: 19 February 2026
This policy explains ownership of intellectual property, customer content, AI receptionist configuration, prompts, integrations, and call data in Havio.
1. Havio Product IP
Havio retains ownership of its software, product features, templates, evaluation tools, user interface, workflows, reusable prompt patterns, documentation, internal systems, and pre-existing intellectual property.
2. Customer Content and Data
Customers retain ownership of their business content and customer data, including approved knowledge, uploaded documents, call recordings, transcripts, caller information, CRM data, calendar data, and workflow-specific business rules, subject to the applicable agreement.
3. Customer-Specific Configuration
Customer-specific configuration, scripts, routing rules, escalation settings, and integration mappings are governed by the applicable order form or signed agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, customers may export or receive reasonable documentation of their customer-specific configuration when all undisputed fees have been paid.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Assets
Havio may connect to third-party telephony, AI model, CRM, calendar, ticketing, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Those providers retain ownership of their own products and are governed by their own terms. Customer access to third-party accounts, numbers, voices, or integrations depends on the applicable provider and customer agreement.
5. Before Payment
Before full payment of undisputed fees, Havio may withhold custom deliverables, exports, or handover materials to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
6. Case Studies and Public References
Havio will not publish customer names, logos, recordings, transcripts, or confidential business details as public proof without permission. Anonymized aggregate learnings may be used unless a signed confidentiality obligation says otherwise.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI assistance may be used to create or improve configuration, documentation, test cases, summaries, and support materials. Ownership follows the same rules above and remains subject to third-party provider terms.
