Support

Answers before you put AI on the phone.

Voice AI buyers usually need the same answers first: phone setup, caller disclosure, handoff, pricing, data, and integrations. This hub routes each question to the right Havio page.

A clearer buying path.

Instead of hiding support questions behind a demo form, Havio makes the operational answers public so SMB buyers can compare options with less guesswork.

Phone setup

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Most teams start by forwarding missed, busy, overflow, or after-hours calls from the number customers already know.

Can Havio answer only when staff are busy?

Yes. Conditional forwarding can send calls to Havio only when your team does not answer, is busy, or outside coverage hours.

What is conditional call forwarding?

It is a phone-carrier rule that routes calls to the AI receptionist only under specific conditions, instead of replacing your main line.

Can the agent transfer calls to different people or departments?

Yes. Transfer rules can use caller intent, urgency, location, language, account type, or service category.

Agent behavior

What can the AI answer?

It answers from approved business knowledge: hours, services, locations, policies, FAQs, booking rules, and escalation paths.

Can I control greeting, tone, and qualification questions?

Yes. The greeting, tone, required fields, disallowed claims, and fallback rules are configured before launch.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

The agent should not improvise. It can transfer, create a callback task, or say that a person will follow up.

Can it book appointments or qualify leads?

Yes. It can collect required details, check rules, book or request a slot, and send the outcome to your calendar or CRM.

Safety and trust

Does the caller know they are speaking with AI?

Havio recommends clear AI disclosure and region-aware consent language before the agent handles live callers.

Are calls recorded or transcribed?

Recording and transcript settings depend on your plan, region, and consent requirements. The setup defines what is retained.

Can I delete data?

Data deletion and export requests are handled through the privacy and DPA process for the account.

What happens with legal, medical, financial, or sensitive questions?

Sensitive or regulated calls should route to approved human fallback instead of letting the agent advise beyond its allowed scope.

Pricing

How are minutes or calls counted?

Plans are built around included monthly minutes, active agents, phone numbers, integrations, support, and concurrency.

Are failed calls and transferred calls billed?

Carrier failures that never connect to the agent are not treated as handled calls. The AI-handled part of a transferred call counts toward included minutes; downstream carrier or destination charges are separate when they apply.

What happens after included usage?

Standard extra usage is modeled at EUR 0.08 per additional minute unless a custom Enterprise term overrides it. Higher-volume teams can move to Scale or custom terms.

Are phone numbers, setup, and support included?

Each plan states its included numbers, onboarding scope, and support level. Complex integrations are scoped separately.

Integrations

Can Havio connect to Google Calendar?

Yes. Calendar workflows can check rules, request or reserve slots, and leave a structured booking record.

Can it update HubSpot or Salesforce?

Yes. CRM workflows can create notes, update lead fields, attach summaries, and trigger follow-up tasks.

Can I use Zapier or webhooks?

Yes. Webhooks and automation tools are useful when a workflow does not need a full custom integration.

Can it create tickets or send Slack and Teams alerts?

Yes. The agent can create support tickets and alert the right channel with caller intent, urgency, and next action.

Support issue router

Know what to send before support has to ask twice.

Voice-agent support depends on context: phone routing, caller impact, fallback ownership, destination writes, and consent settings. Route the question before it becomes a vague support thread.

Normal support

A configuration question before the workflow is live.

Use this path for number forwarding, approved knowledge, greetings, transfer contacts, booking rules, and integration setup decisions.
