Setup steps

1

Estimate real call volume

Use recent phone logs to estimate answered calls, missed calls, after-hours calls, average duration, and transfer frequency.

2

Separate setup from usage

Confirm what is included in onboarding, number setup, knowledge setup, integrations, and review cadence.

3

Define overage handling

Standard extra usage is modeled at EUR 0.08 per additional minute unless a custom Enterprise term overrides it. Higher-volume teams should confirm whether Scale or a custom volume term is the better fit.

4

Review monthly after launch

Compare expected usage against actual calls, transfers, summaries, and integration events.

FAQ

Are transferred calls billed?

The AI-handled part of a transferred call counts toward included minutes. Downstream carrier or destination charges are separate when they apply.

Are failed calls billed?

Calls that never connect to the agent because of carrier failure are not treated as handled calls. Completed test calls and short answered calls can count toward usage.

What if usage grows quickly?

Higher-volume teams can move to Scale or custom Enterprise terms once real usage is visible.
