Confirm what is included in onboarding, number setup, knowledge setup, integrations, and review cadence.
Define overage handling
Standard extra usage is modeled at EUR 0.08 per additional minute unless a custom Enterprise term overrides it. Higher-volume teams should confirm whether Scale or a custom volume term is the better fit.
Review monthly after launch
Compare expected usage against actual calls, transfers, summaries, and integration events.
